I felt much more confident in my bathing suit this summer. Like night and day from last summer. I still am not where I want to be but the progress is nothing short of miraculous and I'm confident I will get there both in terms of the last few kgs of fat and building /sculpting more muscle.
I would say so far so good, I'm training consistently. Weight loss has been consistent. I'm 75.5 now, 7 kg fat control. So far so good, still slow, but I'm quite happy with my progress. I feared it would be difficult here, as most of my meals are out of my control in terms of choice but so far all is well.
The last time I remember being able to do this is years ago! Although I didn't think to put 'being able to reach my toes when bending to stretch' as one of my goals when I started my fitness journey, it's definitely such a fun surprise! Simple things like this show progress, and that makes me happy and proud.
