About Me

Welcome to my world of fitness!

Hi, I’m Aisha Nansubuga, a fat loss and strength coach passionate about helping busy professional women over 35 feel strong, energized, and confident without restrictive diets or endless hours at the gym.

I know firsthand how challenging it can be to juggle a demanding career, personal commitments, and your health. But here’s the thing: prioritizing yourself doesn’t have to mean overhauling your entire life. My mission is to show you how to make fitness fit seamlessly into your schedule so you can transform your body and mindset for the long term.

My Journey

My fitness journey began with my own transformation. I lost over 10kg in six months through intense aerobics training and became an aerobics instructor to help others experience the same empowerment I found. From there, I discovered my love for strength training and coaching, leading me to specialize in fat loss and strength for women over 35.

But I don’t just coach. I practice what I preach. Every year, I challenge myself with my own fitness goals, culminating in a birthday photoshoot that celebrates my progress and strength. Having my own coach keeps me accountable, pushes me out of my comfort zone, and reminds me of the value of continuous improvement.

I still am not where I want to be but the progress is nothing short of miraculous and I'm confident I will get there both in terms of the last few kgs of fat and building /sculpting more muscle.

                I would say so far so good, I'm training consistently. Weight loss has been consistent. I'm 75.5 now, 7 kg fat control. So far so good, still slow, but I'm quite happy with my progress. I feared it would be difficult here, as most of my meals are out of my control in terms of choice but so far all is well.

                  The last time I remember being able to do this is years ago! Although I didn't think to put 'being able to reach my toes when bending to stretch' as one of my goals when I started my fitness journey, it's definitely such a fun surprise!
